Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential and light-commercial HVAC units.
Manage end-to-end installation of R-410A high-pressure systems.
Provide technical mentorship and oversight to junior specialists and apprentices.
Ensure 100% compliance with EPA Section 608 and local safety standards.
Direct customer advocacy through honest repair vs. replacement consultations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional HVAC service experience.
Active EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
Expertise in furnace, heat pump, and air conditioning maintenance.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Valid driver's license with a clean record in Pennsylvania.
