TERMS OF SERVICE 

Terms & Conditions — NBS Maintenance & Repair Services LLC

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

1. Scope of Work

All work will be performed as described in the estimate or service agreement. Any additional work requested by the client will require a revised estimate or change order.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • Final pricing may change if hidden issues or additional work is discovered.

  • Clients will be notified before any price changes occur.

3. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. Missed appointments due to lack of access may result in a service fee.

4. Pre‑Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damages caused by existing structural issues, faulty wiring, plumbing defects, mold, rot, or unsafe conditions discovered during service.

5. Materials

Materials may be supplied by NBS or the client. If the client supplies materials, NBS is not responsible for defects, delays, or failures caused by those materials.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Same‑day cancellations may incur a $50 fee.

  • Weather or safety issues may require rescheduling.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits may be required for large projects or material purchases.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.

8. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 30‑day workmanship warranty on labor. This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Client‑supplied materials

  • Pre‑existing issues

9. Liability Limitations

NBS is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of use

  • Damages caused by pre‑existing conditions

  • Delays outside our control (weather, supply shortages, emergencies)

10. Photos & Documentation

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Job documentation

  • Insurance purposes

  • Quality control

Photos will not be publicly shared without your permission.

11. SMS Communication Consent

By hiring NBS, you agree to receive text messages related to scheduling, job updates, and billing. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

12. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate service at any time. Client remains responsible for payment of completed work and materials purchased.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
